Fiddler Clark PLLC will only send you text messages for informational reasons. We never use your telephone number for promotional or marketing reasons, whether to you or to a third party. You may provide consent by verbally authorizing text communication or by providing Fiddler Clark with your telephone number.
Once you have opted in, Fiddler Clark may send you text messages for purposes such as:
Appointment reminders and scheduling confirmations;

Message frequency varies depending on the nature and status of your legal matter. Message and data rates may apply based on your wireless carrier plan. Fiddler Clark is not responsible for charges imposed by your carrier.
You may opt out of receiving text messages from Fiddler Clark at any time by:
Contacting our office directly in writing or by phone to withdraw consent;
Replying STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, END, or UNSUBSCDRIBE to any text message from us
Communications between you and the Firm via SMS may be protected by the attorney-client privilege and the duty of confidentiality under applicable rules of professional conduct. We will take reasonable steps to maintain the confidentiality of your communications; however, you are responsible for ensuring that third parties do not have access to your mobile device or text messages.
Our SMS program is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors via text messaging. If you believe a minor has provided us with a mobile phone number, please contact us immediately.
